Thibault joined the MBO+ investment team as an Associate in November 2021 to support talented French entrepreneurs in the next stage of their adventure.
Prior to joining, he spent over five years as a Strategy Consultant at Oliver Wyman, where he solved complex problems for large companies in various sectors including transportation, financial services, and retail.
Thibault lived in Germany for ten years—a country renowned for its dynamic Mittelstand—and is convinced that SMEs play a key role in the French economy.
He graduated from HEC Paris in 2016 with a Master’s in Corporate Financial Management (and an unofficial minor in travelling, which he did a lot of as a student, especially in the Middle East and South America).
Thibault continues to cultivate his ties with Germany. He also enjoys discussing politics, history, and sports, particularly football.
