Paul joined the MBO Flex’s team in January 2025.
He started is career at the pan-european fund Alpha Private Equity, before joining Eurazeo’s small-mid buyout team. In 2018, he became investment director at the family office Florac.
Paul graduated from University of Paris-Dauphine.
Throughout is career, Paul has built a strong expertise in private equity, particularly in the small and mid-cap segments. He now applies his expertise to support MBO+ entrepreneurs in their business development initiatives.
During his free time, Paul enjoys skiing, playing basketball and tennis.
