Eric, our CEO, was a founding Partner of MBO+ in 2002, and has helped make it a leading investment platform in the lower mid-cap segment. Prior to this, he was a Partner and Manager of Initiative & Finance, a pioneer in small-cap investing in France.
Throughout his 30+ year career, Eric has identified talented entrepreneurs, invested alongside them, and helped them unlock their business’ full potential to create small champions.
Eric firmly believes in the fundamental benefits of entrepreneurship and also volunteers as Board member and treasurer of Adie, France’s leading microcredit nonprofit.
In his spare time, Eric likes to reconnect with nature and go biking or ski touring in the mountains.
