MBO & CO supports the merger of Pinson Paysage and Botanica to create a leading player in the landscaping industry

Pinson Paysage (€100 million in turnover and 1,000 employees) and Botanica (€23 million in turnover and 265 employees) have announced their merger to create a national group with 29 locations in France.

Driven by a common culture focused on service quality and customer relationships, this merger will enable the new Group to cater ever closer for the expectations of public and private customers, in terms of revegetation, landscaping maintenance, watering management and sports grounds development.

The geographical and business complementarity of the two groups will be a powerful catalyst for development. Botanica brings its leading position in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region, as well as its expertise in watering and sports grounds. Pinson Paysage is the leading player in Île-de-France, Normandy and North of France“, explains Eric Bouichet, Chairman of the Group.

We are delighted to fully involve the management and all of Botanica’s teams in our joint project to develop a leading landscaping group in France, accentuating our philosophy of being locally rooted and close to our customers. The brands of the two groups’ will be preserved and developed“, adds Eric Bouichet, President of the Group.

Jean-Daniel Hernandez, president-founder of the Botanica group, will hold, in addition to his current functions, the position of General Manager of the Group in charge of leading and developing the watering and sports grounds activities.

This collaboration is excellent news for our customers and our employees. We believe that this alliance will be an astounding growth accelerator for all our activities, notably for the Watering and the Sports divisions, on the back of synergies with Pinson Paysage’s customers“, outlines Jean-Daniel Hernandez.
