Marine joined the MBO+ Flex investment team in 2023 as a director.

She began her career within the EY transaction services team and then joined Trocadero Capital Partners, where she supported SMEs and mid-sized companies in France and Europe in their development and transmission phases.

Enthusiastic about discovering new businesses and diverse economic models, Marine turned to Private Equity to support managers in their development projects. This job allows her to meet, work and build relationships of trust with a multitude of entrepreneurs, each with a unique personality, background and story. She uses her analytical mind and critical thinking skills to help achieve the ambitions of the management teams she supports.

Marine holds a master’s degree in finance (Paris Dauphine University). A lover of theatre, sport and cooking, she is always up for new adventures or lively discussions that continue over a good dinner.
