Pauline Cornu-Thenard joins MBO+, a leading asset management company in the French lower mid-cap segment, as Partner and Managing Director in charge of operations.

With the arrival of Pauline Cornu-Thenard, MBO+ strengthens its organization and operational capabilities. Drawing on her experience in leading organizational transformation and managing cross-functional support functions, Pauline complements a team structured to meet the new challenges of the private equity business.

Pauline’s experience will contribute to the successful execution of MBO+’s strategic plan, as she joins the Board as Managing Director in charge of operations, alongside Olivier Delrieu, ex-CEO of the Trescal Group, and Xavier de Prévoisin, its CEO.
