On January the 30th, 2020, MBO & Co and Aquasourça sold their majority stake in the company Construplas to The Cranemere Group, a UK-based Holding Company, who also owns Marmite as part of a European Engineered Stone Group, a leading supplier of basins, bathtubs and shower trays made of engineered stone.

As a reminder, in December 2016, MBO & Co and Aquasourça conducted, with the management team, the spinoff from the Spanish ceramic group Keraben. Construplas, based in Valencia in Spain, produces and distributes under the brand Acquabella shower trays, bathroom furniture and wall panels in polyurethane resin.
