Osmaïa, a key player in the development and sustainable management of green spaces, announces the acquisition of the Mugo Group.

Founded in 2009, the Mugo Group specializes in the design and maintenance of green spaces. The company, which employs over 500 people in France, is a well-established player with 20 branches across the country, particularly in the Paris region. This acquisition allows Osmaïa to strengthen its presence in the Paris region and expand its client portfolio into private markets. Mugo’s expertise in biodiversity, urban greening, and beekeeping further enriches Osmaïa’s offering with innovative solutions to address ecological transition challenges.

Since MBO Buy & Build’s investment in Osmaïa in July 2024, the group has completed four transactions, including a strategic acquisition in the Netherlands with T&G Groep, a Dutch company specializing in the maintenance and development of green spaces for industrial and healthcare infrastructures, thereby accelerating its European presence. With Mugo, Osmaïa drives its revenue to €250 million and continues to pursue its strategic objective of strengthening its presence in France and becoming a pan-European leader in the green space development and maintenance sector.
